    Thank God, I didn't pay the full amount for a complete waste relaxation massage as I bought a discounted coupon. Only positive thing was it went for 1 hour, rest is as follows - - No ambience, cabin was full of light with no music (at least in my cabin) - Masseur seemed to have NO experience and NO knowledge # She left the curtains open while she asked me to change # She just used her fingers throughout the massage with no consistency from soft to extra hard # She asked me turn back and forth while massage with her eyes staring on me # When I asked the masseur of whether she will wipe the left oil from my body, she just passed me few serviettes - Pathetic service My experience which I thought would be relaxing was rather very stressful.. All the best if you have chosen them !!

    My wife went to the centre for a full massage and facial. First thing she did when arrived home was have two showers. She said foot treatment consists of small wide bucket like container with water poured into a white garbage bag, which is used as a liner, (perhaps to save sterilising costs). She was wiped down after an ''amateurish'' oil massage with used oily towel. Facial. Shirt left on now robe or towel around her neck/chest and prep done with Aldi wipes and facial was done with some Chinese brand cream. Her noon, 90 minute, appointment lasted until 2.15pm because of understaffing. She is a qualified beautician and was disgusted in unprofessional and unhygienic this place is.
